  • Balance – The balance will be paid in cash (in €) on arrival.
  • Rome Tourist Tax – In addition to the price above illustrated at check-in is required in cash the Rome Tourist Tax of € 6 guest/night for a maximum of 10 nights. Children up to 10 years are exempted.
  • Check-in: from 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm. After this time, there is an extra fee of € 30.
  • Check-out: by 10.00 am.
  • Cancellation Policy – 100% refund for cancellations more than 25 days before check-in date. For cancellations within 25 days of the check-in date we will keep the deposit amount.
  • All prices include: Value added tax, the cost of utilities, towels, linen, hair-dryer, soaps, Wi-Fi, and the use of land line (Incoming: All Calls. Outgoing: national landlines and mobiles only).
